6. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve internal controls and processes.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
8. Analyse financial records to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
9. Provide insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Auditor should have:
11. Proven experience in auditing within the property industry or a related field.
12. A solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
15. Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to stakeholders.
16. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
