The Role Deliver practical and theory-based plant operations training Operate and train on excavators, dumpers, rollers and more Deliver CPCS assessments to industry standards Support course development and quality improvement Travel between Bircham Newton and Erith as required The Person Level 3 vocational qualification in Plant Operations (or equivalent) CPCS or NPORS licences Recent hands-on experience in plant operations Level 3 teaching qualification (or willing to achieve in 12 months) Assessor Award (or willing to achieve in 12 months) Organised, safety-focused, and passionate about training others
