We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Admin Assistant to join our committed team.
Responsibilities
This is a varied and rewarding role that will involve:
* Carrying out a broad range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the school.
* Contributing to our communications strategy through marketing support, including social media content creation and website development.
* Providing a welcoming and efficient service in a receptionist capacity, with a positive and professional approach.
* Supporting with the coordination and scheduling of reviews and meetings involving school staff, students, parents, and external professionals.
* Taking accurate minutes during key meetings and ensuring timely follow-up with the relevant individuals to progress agreed actions.
* Assisting with financial inputting tasks, including placing and tracking orders, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records in line with school procedures.
Our brand-new school building opened in February 2024, and we now have over 70 pupils on roll. It’s an exciting time to join Brookhaven as we continue to grow and shape the future of our school community.
