Role: Acting headteacher (for up to 1 year to cover maternity leave). Report to the Deputy CEO and focus on the Catholic life of the school as well as standards of teaching and learning. Responsible for the all‑round spiritual, social and academic development of all pupils.

Responsibilities
* Lead and strengthen the Catholic life of the school, ensuring that the example and teachings of Jesus Christ are at the centre of all we do.
* Place safeguarding at the heart of the school.
* Provide proven leadership, management and school improvement to raise standards.
* Build and lead teams, motivate staff, and work collaboratively with the CMAT, Governors, and external partners.
* Develop and implement strategies to sustain and extend current successes and achievements.
* Create and communicate a compelling faith‑centred vision for the school and drive improvement.
* Maintain strong relationships with staff, pupils, parents, Governors and Directors.
* Respond effectively to changing circumstances while maintaining high performance.
* Actively listen and communicate clearly with a wide range of audiences.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Be a practising Catholic with a strong faith commitment and a clear vision for Catholic Education.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of successful leadership, management and school improvement.
* Ability to initiate and lead strategies to build on current successes and achievements.
* Passion for ensuring every pupil fulfils their potential.
