Cluster Meeting & Events Executive
£29,000 plus tronc / 40 hours per week, Permanent position at Malmaison Reading & Hotel du Vin Henley on Thames.
A fantastic opportunity to help maximize the Meeting & Events across the Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in Reading & Henley. Handle inbound enquiries and ensure smooth planning and implementation of all events across Malmaison Reading and Hotel du Vin Henley on Thames. This role is ideal for someone looking to step up from a single site M&E Executive role. You will assist the M&E Manager in driving revenue by maximizing meeting room occupancy and driving catering revenue, while optimizing client relationships and liaison with key managers across the two hotels. You should be an organized self‑starter with excellent communication skills, eye for detail, and a positive personality. Ability to think on your feet is essential.
