Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a strategic project to dispose of excess parts stock through multiple sales channels.
2. Apply strong sales and marketing techniques to identify and capitalize on disposal opportunities.
3. Develop innovative, entrepreneurial solutions to maximize stock value and minimize waste.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to ensure project alignment and success.
5. Analyse market trends and internal data to inform and refine disposal strategies.
6. Extract and interpret data from business systems to support decision-making.
7. Prepare and deliver clear, insightful reports on project progress and outcomes.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
8. Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.
9. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
11. Capable of working independently and collaboratively, ideally with some project management experience.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
13. Understanding of business systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
14. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Management or a related field.
