Primary Responsibilities
* Own and manage the customer relationship
* Ensure compliance with GSCOP, Competition Law and Brand Owner Contracts
* Build and deliver a JBP and Trading Plan that meets budgeted AAF P&L and customer objectives
* Manage JBP, promotional planning, NPD listings, marketing plans and performance analysis
* Oversee internal and external account admin accurately and on time
* Manage annual budgeting and business planning with Finance Business Partner
* Maintain strategic relationships with Retailer, Brand Team, Category Management, Product Development, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance Business Partner
* Demonstrate consultative selling: range reviews, brand days, communication skills
* Represent the business professionally and ensure legal compliance
* Review processes and recommend improvements
* Actively participate in the Sales team and lead others
Requirements
* FMCG, retail and consumer experience through a commercial function role
* Excellent communication, influencing and strong leadership skills
* Team player prepared to be a decisive voice
