What youll be doing
* Leading theend-to-end bid process: PQQs, tenders, capability statements, and presentations
* Creating, managing, and improvingbid libraries and support materials
* Producing engaging bid files and documents that stand out
* Supportingmarketing activitiesincluding website content, award entries, and promotional campaigns
* Collaborating across all studios, with occasional travel to Manchester, Leeds, London, and Scotland
What were looking for
* Provenexperience managing bids(ideally within the built environment)
* Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
* Proficiency inMS OfficeandAdobe InDesign
* Confidence inmanaging and improving bid processes
* APMP membership(or working towards it) is highly desirable
