Building up your client base through research and cold-calling to win new business and bring on live roles Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn, advertising, and using your network to find appropriate individuals Interviewing candidates and understanding their experience/what they are looking for in a move Managing the whole interview process (scheduling meetings, preparing candidates for interviews, passing on feedback, etc.) Negotiating the best contract for your candidate upon offer stage Building an online presence posting relevant content for your network, advertising jobs, keeping up with your network What are the REQUIREMENTS to become a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
