From swimming lessons to walking football and everything in-between we provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Studio Instructor to join our friendly and professional team. You will be customer focused and ensure that all attending are getting the best from our Women\'s only circuits class, working with individuals with a range of abilities, in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment. You will work alongside members of the fitness team to ensure a successful class programme. You may be expected to bring something new to the programme and help ensure the best experience for employees and customers.
Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.
Qualifications
* Nationally recognised group exercise qualification
* Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
* Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service
* To be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
