Are you a confident communicator with a customer-first mindset? We're recruiting for a Membership Renewals Advisor to support a busy team on a temporary basis during a peak period. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
You will need to be available to start this role on Monday 1st December and be available until the end of January.
Our client will offfer hybrid working once training is completed.
What You'll Be Doing:
Making outbound calls to existing members to discuss renewal options
Handling inbound queries regarding membership benefits and pricing
Updating member records accurately and efficiently
Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues with empathy
Working towards daily call targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or call handling
Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable using CRM systems and multitasking between screens
Positive attitude and team spirit
