Overview of the role and responsibilities for a Large Engine Production Technician, with focus on assembly, testing and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Assist in engine assembly, repair, prep for test, and de-prep following approved instructions and practices
* Assist in the operation of the current family of engines, following approved work requests, and ensuring the engine is operated within published limits
* Communicate clearly about technical issues or safety concerns
* Maintain good communications with support organizations and the team
* Perform pre and post test inspections
* Lead and support continuous improvement projects
Required Qualifications
* Associate's Degree or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
