About the Role:
As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you’ll work closely with experienced staff committed to helping you develop and thrive in your first years of teaching. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering creative and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
* Supporting and inspiring children to achieve their full potential
* Receiving tailored induction and ongoing mentoring from experienced teachers
* Working as part of a collaborative and supportive teaching team
* Fulfilling a variety of roles - class teaching, PPA teaching, HLTA duties
