Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
* Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
* Support customers throughout the mortgage and protection process.
* Develop your knowledge and advisory skills through coaching and training.
* Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets.
Skills & Experience
* Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
* Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills.
* Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
