About The Role
You will oversee an expanding portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and to the highest standard. This is a pivotal role where you will streamline processes, trouble shoot where needed and contribute to the ongoing success of our clients Property Management team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
* Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
* Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and repairs, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Handle tenancy renewals, deposit disputes, and other end-of-tenancy processes.
About You
* Proven experience in property management, ideally with 2+ years experience
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* ARLA Propertymark qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

This role will be paying upto £32k and your working hours will be Monday - Friday - 9am to 5pm.
