Retention & Renewals Advisor
Location: Hybrid (Split between home and our Meadowhall Office)
Salary: Basic Salary + Commission, OTE

The Role
* Proactively contact our existing clients to review their current services, strengthen relationships, and demonstrate value to prevent cancellations and secure renewals.
* Adopt a consultative approach to identify client needs through active listening and trust-building, then recommend tailored solutions aligned with their goals.
* Take ownership of the client experience, ensuring positive interactions at every touchpoint.
* Use strong listening skills and rapport to understand client needs and offer resonant solutions.
* Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and support new business development.
* Re-engage clients considering cancellation, working to retain their business.
* Measure success against revenue targets and client retention performance.
About You
We seek a confident, commercially-minded individual who is consultative, persistent, and results-oriented. You should be adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will be enthusiastic, driven, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences. Strong communication skills, especially over the phone, attention to detail, and quick learning ability are essential. Experience in customer service, client retention, or sales is highly advantageous.
