Managing a team of up to 7 social workers, Social Work Consultant (SWC) EP and Family Workers. Supervising all social work staff. Allocating work Chairing strategies & PLO meetings QA all written work by SW's Attending and presenting cases in fortnightly legal clinics for Service & Strategic Managers. Other tasks as requested by line manager. Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
