The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Employment Solicitor to join our top-ranked regional client in their highly regarded Cambridge office. This role sits within a market-leading Employment team known for delivering strategic and commercial advice to high-profile clients across a range of sectors, including education, life sciences, technology, and professional services.
The Role:
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
* Advising employers on day-to-day HR issues, policies, and procedures
* Supporting corporate transactions, including TUPE and employment due diligence
* Managing tribunal claims and supporting complex litigation
* Drafting contracts of employment, settlement agreements, and HR documentation
* Delivering training sessions and updates to clients
About You:
You will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law. The ideal candidate will:
* Have strong technical knowledge and practical experience in employment matters
* Be confident managing client relationships and contributing to business development
* Demonstrate a commercial, solutions-focused approach
* Thrive in a collaborative, high-performing team environment

Salary £55,000 - £68,000 dependent on experience.
