Overview
Validation Associate at NHS Supply Chain – Permanent contract. Location: Alfreton/Leeds/Hybrid. Salary: £36,446 with potential to rise to £40,495 over 3 years. Closing Date: Monday 20 October 2025. This is an opportunity to join NHS Supply Chain during an exciting period of transformation, with a focus on making it easier for the NHS to put patients first.
Responsibilities
* Collate and analyse data using preset tools, methods and formats, whilst working independently.
* Interpret data and identify possible resolutions, navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures and precedents.
* Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
* Resolve complex queries from internal and external stakeholders by providing information on policies and procedures.
* Provide support to others by carrying out a range of project management activities.
What skills will help you thrive in this role?
* Previous experience of providing performance assurance services in a complex organisation.
* Proficient in Excel.
* Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based assurance.
* The ability to manage personal workload effectively when faced with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
