The Ideal Candidate

Experience working with young people in schools, alternative provisions, youth work, mentoring, or similar settings

Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach

Resilient, patient, and empathetic personality

Ability to build rapport and act as a positive role model

Team Teach training (desirable but not essential)

A genuine passion for supporting young people with SEND and SEMH needs
