About the Role: We are seeking a driven and ambitious Growth Account Executive to join our partner’s Go-To-Market team in a foundational capacity. This high-impact role is perfect for someone looking to accelerate their career in sales. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales—learning from them, contributing to lead generation, and progressively taking on more responsibility within the full sales cycle. Early on, your focus will be on booking meetings with potential clients, supporting sales efforts, and gradually evolving into a full-cycle closer. Responsibilities: Proactively generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting. Support and eventually lead discovery calls and product demos with prospective clients. Understand customer needs and match them with product solutions. Represent the company at industry events and promote the brand in person. Maintain accurate records in the CRM, keeping it as the single source of truth. Share customer and market insights with internal teams to shape product and positioning. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (e.g., SDR, BDR, AE, or AM). A strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong ability to identify customer pain points and align solutions effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Compensation and Benefits: £40–45K base salary, depending on experience. Uncapped commission structure with up to £30K in variable pay. Equity options. Apple hardware and company merchandise.
