Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a respected and trusted, independently owned housing developerin the UK, who are currently on the look out for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis out of their office in the West Midlands. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be play a pivotal role in ensuring the commercial success of our developments by working closely with our operations and commercial teams to deliver projects to deadlines, in budget and to a high standard.

* Prior experience as a QS, within a new build housing setting.
* Ability to form strong working relationships

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain budget control
2. Produce accurate bi-monthly valuations
3. Procure sub-contractors, good and materials
4. Payment approvals and processing
5. Prepare valuation reports
