We are looking for a motivated, self-driven candidate to provide on-site and remote IT support, on both a regular and ad-hoc basis, to schools and businesses from the companys customer portfolio. This role requires someone who is able to manage their own workload and time to help our clients in resolving their IT related issues and work as part of a team to deliver exceptional support.
Responsibilities:
Understanding of computer systems in general, backed up by a strong awareness of troubleshooting methodologies
Knowledge of network, operating system and cloud fundamentals
Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring
Office 365 / Google Administration
Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10
Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016
Group Policy Administration and Software Deployment
Switches, routers and firewalls & Anti Virus
Apple OSX, IOS and MDM
Required:
Full UK driving license
Desirable:
A methodical approach to data recovery tasks (offline access to internal storage media, lost partition retrieval, file system repair)
