Pembrook Resourcing is currently seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager on behalf of our client, a well-renowned dealership group in the area.
Job Description
For this role, you will need extensive experience managing a Service/Aftersales department within a main dealership in the UK. Your responsibilities will include managing and controlling WIP, warranty, and debtors, as well as overseeing the parts support process and maintaining Aftersales franchise standards and manufacturer relationships.
You will lead a large team, requiring a dynamic and hands-on approach. You must command respect, build trust, and set a positive pace for your team to achieve business results. Monitoring and controlling sales activity, reviewing performance, and implementing improvement actions will also be part of your duties.
The ideal candidate will have a progressive career, a good understanding of departmental KPIs, modern motivational techniques, and preferably a strong technical background. If you are a commercially minded manager with a flair for sales and customer relationship building, we want to hear from you.
