Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full‑time experienced Administrator to work within the Solihull Community Perinatal Mental Health Team.
Our team provides assessment, specialist support, treatment and care planning for service users with functional mental health problems such as depression and psychotic mental illness. The service is multidisciplinary and operates within an integrated hub alongside other services, using its own dedicated space with a separate entrance.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for patients, staff and visitors to the base.
* Monitor, record and book appointments and manage a busy telephone line.
* Receive all incoming mail and ensure appropriate action is taken.
* Process clinical letters and other correspondence.
* Provide administrative support to team members and liaise with multi‑disciplinary team members, other health professionals, GP’s, social workers, service users and other appropriate agencies.
Qualifications
* Ability to work on your own initiative.
* Demonstrated effective organisational and administrative skills.
