Nursery Practitioner - Enfield Primary School - Lead EYFS Role (September 2025 Start)
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Enfield is seeking an experienced and qualified Nursery Practitioner to take on a lead role within their EYFS provision, working with their youngest children. Starting in September 2025, this full-time Nursery Practitioner position is temp-to-perm, with trials taking place immediately.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the developmental needs of 2-year-olds and delivering high-quality early years provision. The successful Nursery Practitioner will lead small group sessions, contribute to planning, and promote speech, language and social development through effective modelling and interaction.
The Nursery Practitioner will build strong, nurturing relationships with key children, support personal care routines including toileting and nappy changing, and maintain detailed observations and records for learning journals. A strong understanding of safeguarding, EYFS curriculum delivery, and partnership with parents is essential for this Nursery Practitioner role.
