Security Guard – Havant Thicket BMSL Group Ltd are currently recruiting for Security Guards for a long-term project based at Havant Thicket. This is a fantastic opportunity offering stable, ongoing work for at least the next five years. Location: Havant Thicket Pay Rate: £14.05 per hour Shifts Available: Day shifts and Night shifts Important: The pay rate is £14.05 per hour for both day and night shifts. There is no enhanced rate for night work. Duration: Long-term, ongoing work (minimum 5 years) Requirements: * Valid SIA licence * Previous security experience preferred * Reliable and professional attitude * Strong communication skills Duties: * Monitoring and securing the site * Controlling access and logging visitors * Conducting regular patrols * Reporting any incidents in line with site procedures We have multiple positions available and a range of shifts to suit.
