About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experiencedPaint Shop Team Leaderto join our team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of paint sprayers and ensuring high standards of quality and productivity are maintained.
Key Responsibilities of the Paint Shop Team Leader
* Lead and supervise a team within the paint shop
* Support daily operations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
* Carry out paint spraying as required, using a variety of techniques and finishes
* Monitor and maintain quality control processes
* Train and support team members with tasks and development
* Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
* Report to management with updates and performance issues
Requirementsof the Paint Shop Team Leader
* Proven experience in paint spraying (industrial, automotive or similar)
* Previous supervisory or team leading experience
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Good communication and soft leadership skills
* Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
