Level 3 Teaching Assistant Vacancy – Primary School in Salford A friendly and nurturing primary school in Sale is working in partnership with Teaching Personnel to recruit a caring, proactive, and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from January. The Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and helping to foster a positive, engaging learning environment. Key responsibilities include: Providing one-to-one and small group support Assisting with lesson planning, delivery, and follow-up activities Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND and EAL Encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to effective classroom management Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and families What We’re Looking For Previous experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for supporting learning Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
