About The Role...
As Head Waiter / Waitress, you will be a key ambassador of our brand, ensuring that every guest receives intuitive, seamless, and truly exceptional service from arrival to departure.
Lead your section with confidence and grace, delivering flawless, attentive service that reflects the luxury standards of our Knightsbridge flagship.
Support the Restaurant Management team in overseeing service, ensuring precision, timing, and consistency throughout lunch and dinner sittings.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of our menus — including food, wine, and seasonal specials — guiding guests with informed and engaging recommendations.
Anticipate guest needs with discretion and professionalism, creating personalised, memorable experiences.
Mentor and support junior members of the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Maintain immaculate presentation standards — both personally and throughout the restaurant floor.
Handle guest feedback with confidence and composure, ensuring every interaction reflects warmth and sophistication.
Show flexibility and commitment, particularly during evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
