Our flagship project at Heyford Park, Oxfordshire has already delivered more than 1,200 new homes, schools, retail, and leisure facilities, and we have recently submitted a planning application for a 9,000-home masterplan — one of the largest residential developments in the South of England.
Building on this success, Dorchester Living is expanding their residential delivery alongside the major regeneration project at Whitehill & Bordon, Hampshire, which will provide thousands of new homes, extensive green infrastructure, and community facilities.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of Whitehill & Bordon.
Key responsibilities include:
* Cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Managing procurement, contracts, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
* Producing monthly CVRs and supporting senior management with commercial reporting.
* Ensuring robust cost control and risk management throughout delivery.
* Working collaboratively with technical, construction, and development teams.
About You
* Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveyor within residential development or regeneration.
* Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and residential procurement.
* Excellent commercial, negotiation, and reporting skills.
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Pay: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
