What will you do?
You will manage your own full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
New build transactions
Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
Continue to develop the conveyancing department through business development
Experience:
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
5 years’ PQE +
Strong technical ability across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
Confidence to work independently and lead within a team
