Large and highly prestigious law firm are looking for an experienced, bright highly skilled legal document production specialist who has a wealth of experience in a full legal document production role working for a law firm. This is a full-time, permanent document production position working on the overnight shift. The working hours will be 21:00 – 05:00 Tuesday – Saturday and the salary will be £43,620.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced document production expert to take on a full-time, fully remote night role working from home. The firm offer a very competitive perks, benefits and bonus package, on a great starting salary of £43,620.
Core responsibilities centre around providing an accurate and high-quality Document Production service along with some Workflow Specialist duties during peaks on shift. Profiles of tasks vary across a large suite of legal and non legal work streams including, but not limited to:
* producing high-quality legal documentation using templates or tailored as per requirements (incl. MS Word, PPT, Excel and Adobe PDF)
* Document health checks/cleaning and converting
* Graphics/Charts
* Document conversions
* Offering Circulars, Legal Review Reports, Client Briefings, Technical Bulletins, Mail-Merge, eMailers
* Cross-reference checking
* Revisions and amendments
* Comparisons/blacklining
* Copy typing
* Audio typing
A large part of this role will be prioritising workload in accordance with agreed deadlines and as directed by the Workflow team, and working well with the Firm's document management system, iManage, for all document retrieval and return to the system.
This firm practise team support and working collaboratively with team members to ensure the provision of first-class support services to fee earners Globally.
Please note that this role is working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. So Sundays and Mondays will be your days off. The night shift working hours are set to 21:00 - 05:00.
