Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with diverse educational needs. Assist with the implementation of individual learning programmes. Encourage pupil participation and engagement across all classroom activities. Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive social interactions. Contribute to record-keeping and feedback for pupil progress. Support pupils with personal care or mobility needs where required. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all learners. Job Requirements: Previous experience working in an education, SEN, or care setting is desirable. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting learners. Ability to build strong, respectful relationships with students and staff. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are beneficial but not essential.
