Ideal Candidate
- Independent Prescribers needed
- Must be registered with GPhC
- At least 2 years’ UK experience in community
- Essential knowledge of common acute and long-term conditions
- Comfortable in a busy, outcomes-driven environment
- Excellent clinical communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of general practice workflows
