Are you highly organised, people focused, and confident using Microsoft Office? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Administrator.
The starting salary within the scale 2/3 is negotiable for the right candidate, with the relevant enhanced experience.
In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, helping to arrange appointments efficiently and professionally. You’ll be at the heart of our customer care process, making sure every appointment is booked or amended smoothly, every message is responded to promptly, and all records are kept accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with customers via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments.
2. Provide excellent customer service with a warm, professional approach.
3. Accurately update internal systems and maintain customer records.
4. Respond to emails and text messages in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Ensure all bookings and updates are completed with great attention to detail.
6. Support the wider team with general administrative duties.
What We’re Looking For:
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
9. A high level of organisation and attention to detail.
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
11. Experience in a customer service or admin role is desirable.
