Opportunity
As a Success Manager at Phorest, you’ll act as a strategic partner for a portfolio of salon, spa and clinic owners, guiding them through their customer journey and ensuring they are equipped to get the most value from Phorest’s products and services. Your goal is to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long‑term retention.
What You’ll Do
* Client Relationship Management – Build trusted relationships with salon owners and decision‑makers, acting as their primary point of contact for strategic support.
* Onboarding & Education – Support clients post‑onboarding by helping them embed Phorest into their business workflows, aligning platform features to their business goals.
* Value Realisation – Regularly conduct business reviews, training sessions, and proactive check‑ins to ensure clients are seeing and understanding the value of Phorest.
* Product Expertise – Maintain strong knowledge of the Phorest product suite (including Online Booking, Ads Manager, SMS Campaigns, Reporting, and Payments tools) and support clients in utilising the right tools for growth.
* Churn Prevention – Spot early signs of disengagement and lead proactive initiatives to re‑engage clients or resolve issues that may lead to churn.
* Commercial Awareness – Identify upsell opportunities aligned to client goals and collaborate with Sales and Support teams when appropriate.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Support, and Marketing to relay client feedback and advocate for improvements and new features.
Who You Are
* 2+ years in a customer‑facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales (SaaS experience preferred).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others succeed.
* Ability to analyse client usage data and translate insights into actions.
* Experience managing a portfolio of clients, ideally within a subscription‑based business.
* Proactive, organised, and confident in navigating difficult conversations.
* Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
* Background in the salon industry or beauty sector is a plus.
