The Role These positions are hands-on and client-facing, offering involvement in both reactive support and project delivery. Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities will include: Providing 2nd/3rd line technical support across cloud and on-premise environments Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues Supporting and mentoring 1st/2nd line engineers Leading or assisting with client onboarding and infrastructure migrations Conducting on-site audits and producing technical documentation Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 and Azure environments Assisting with cybersecurity implementations and best practice improvements Coordinating connectivity and VoIP solutions with third-party providers Contributing to internal process improvements and service standards 3rd Line Engineers will take greater ownership of project delivery, infrastructure design, and advanced escalations, working closely with senior leadership.
