What You’ll Do
As our Nursery Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional early years education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards. Your mission? To create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow with confidence.
Key Responsibilities

* Ensure full EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding compliance

Required Qualifications
About You
We’re looking for a confident, ambitious leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of childcare. You’ll bring:
* Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A commercially minded, proactive approach
* A genuine passion for early years education
