They are currently expanding their team and are looking for a dedicated Order Processor to support their growing customer base and help maintain the smooth running of the operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process customer orders with speed and accuracy
2. Accurately input measurements and specifications into our system using LogiKal software
3. Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure order specifications are clear and achievable
4. Check all order details thoroughly to eliminate errors and ensure product accuracy
5. Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professional communication at all times
Requirements:
6. Minimum 1 year experience using LogiKal software (Essential)
7. Previous experience in the aluminium window and door industry
8. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
9. Excellent communication and customer service skills
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
11. A team player with a proactive attitude
