Working hours:
1. A 5-day working week that offers flexibility and some Saturdays.
The successful Valuer will be offered:
2. Strong basic salary and 3-month guarantee.
3. Realistic first year earnings of £45,000.
4. Car allowance of £2,500 or a company car.

6. Holiday commission.

Responsibilities for the role of the Valuer:
8. Provide strategic marketing guidance to help clients achieve optimal sale prices.
9. Showcase listings and negotiate top value outcomes for property vendors.
10. Monitor market trends to strengthen your position as a trusted industry expert.
11. Proactively source new leads and drive consistent business growth.
12. Collaborate with your team to match buyers with their ideal properties.
13. Support the branch contribute to overall success.
Valuer requirements:
14. Skilled at nurturing client relationships and converting valuations into successful listings.
15. Experience at a Senior Sales Negotiator level or Valuer ideally.
16. A good knowledge of the local area.
17. Highly driven and passionate, thriving in fast-paced, high pressure environments.
18. You must be committed to guiding customers through every step of their property journey.
19. Have a strong work ethic and an honest and open attitude.
20. UK Drivers licence.
