Role: People Operations CoordinatorContract: 3 month initialIndustry: EntertainmentLocation: West London - 4 days in the office, Friday working from homeThe role: The People Operations Coordinator will support our clients efforts to create a world-class positive experience for their employees, right through the employee life cycle. The role will support the people team in completing transactional activities to ensure their systems are accurate and updated within deadlines, executing comprehensive and effective processes to ensure an impactful employee experience. Day to day you will:Oversee the background checking processes and ensuring candidates have the suitable Right to Work/Visa documentationManage the full employee life cycle including onboarding, various HR administrative tasks, off boardingEnsuring candidates are set up on the HRIS system prior to their start date and key documentation is filed for their first dayCollaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR Policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the overall employee experienceAddressing the queries of employees through the Service Now ticketing system, ensure all tickets are allocated to relevant functions and responded to promptlyManage and maintain all people systems and platforms, ensure accuracy of data inputEnsure all payroll changes are implemented by monthly payroll deadlinesManage the pension administration, for payroll and pension providerProcess all HR team invoices, maintaining the invoice tracker including reconciliation tasksAbout you: Administrative experience preferably within a HR/Payroll team, within a fast-paced environmentYou are organised and passionate about ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently whilst having impeccable attention to detailYou can balance multiple conflicting priorities and have good time management skills with an interest in technology to improve processesThe confidence to build relationships with candidates, employees and internal partnersAn analytical mindset with great problem solving abilitiesDemonstrate experience of working in a rapidly changing environmentMaintain a high tolerance of ambiguity and offer a flexible approachApply critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills to cut through complexityGood knowledge of employment law and strong previous experience of applying knowledge when providing day to day advice We’d love it if you also had:You thrive on productivity and will constantly think of ways to improve and speed up workWorking knowledge of Workday or other HRIS software, ideally cloud-based toolsExperience of implementing improvements to HR processes and policies, aiming to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experiencePlease apply to be considered for this postion
