Internal Sales Executive
High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
£27,500-£30,500 DOE + Uncapped Commission + Year-End Bonus
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
A leading UK manufacturer within the water treatment industry is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a supportive team environment.
No Cold Calling.
Sales Admin preferred.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with contractors and merchants across the UK, selling technical products over the phone and supporting the wider sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Managing inbound and outbound sales calls
* Preparing customer quotations and processing enquiries
* Supporting regional sales activity and account management
* Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
* Coordinating with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery
* Developing strong product knowledge through ongoing training
What We’re Looking For
* Previous sales experience, ideally in B2B or technical sales
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Motivated, results‑driven and proactive attitude
* Ability to work well within a team environment
Desirable
* Experience using CRM systems
* Interest in technical products or the water treatment sector
