* Customer Experience – Deliver an exceptional experience to customers, helping them find the perfect product and completing purchases at the till.
* Brand Bra Experience – Provide the brand bra fitting experience, giving experts advice on sizes and suitable styles.
* Visual Merchandising – Own the merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers find everything they need.
* Lead by Example – Energise the team, ensuring they have everything required for a smooth shift and maintaining high brand standards.
* Store Targets – Support the management team to achieve key KPIs across the store, focusing on sales growth and profitability.
* Store Standards – Maintain store standards (front and back), manage deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
* Store Operations – Carry out opening and closing activities, including key holder duties following company processes.
* Executing the New – Support new product launches, floor set moves, and audits, ensuring the team is trained and ready.
