Salary : £26,208 per annum + company car + monthly bonus opportunities and incentives (Top performers earn £1,000+ per month in bonuses on average!)
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Territory : Falkirk, Stirlingshire
The Role
Were searching for a motivated Brand Ambassador to become the face of ELFBAR and Lost Mary within your territory. Youll build strong partnerships with independent retailers, increase in-store visibility, and drive engagement through our rewards programme.
This is more than just a role its an opportunity to take real ownership of your area and grow in a fast-paced position where every day brings something new.
What Youll Be Doing
* Visiting independent retailers across your territory to promote ELFBAR and Lost Mary
* Building trusted relationships with key decision-makers, using your influencing skills to improve product visibility through point-of-sale materials such as posters
* Driving retailer engagement with our rewards programme
* Expanding brand presence by identifying and engaging new stores to increase visibility and awareness across your region
* Taking full ownership of your territory, applying an entrepreneurial mindset to maximise engagement and performance

What Were Looking For
* Previous field sales experience is beneficial, but not essential were looking for ambition, drive, and a willingness to learn
* Knowledge of the vaping industry, or a strong interest in building a career within it
* Genuine passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Self-motivated, independent worker with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
* A full manual driving licence held for at least 12 months
