🚀 Delivery Manager – Preston (Hybrid, 4 days in the officer per week)
We’re working with a growing digital organisation investing heavily in its platform and engineering capabilities, and they’re looking for a Delivery Manager to help bring structure, predictability and clarity to delivery across multiple teams.
This role sits at the heart of day-to-day execution — coordinating delivery, managing dependencies, and ensuring teams are aligned, informed and set up for success
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning delivery flow across engineering and platform teams
* Managing cross-team dependencies and resolving blockers
* Leading planning, stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives
* Driving visibility of progress, risks and outcomes
* Supporting continuous improvement in ways of working
What they’re looking for:
* Experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or similar
* Ability to manage complexity across multiple teams
* Confident stakeholder communication and reporting
* Experience with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
* Hybrid working in Preston
* Opportunity to shape delivery in a scaling digital function
