About Goalhanger Location: South London (Oval) – office based (min office 3 days) Start: ASAP Rate: Based on experience We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to support a studio-based filmed sports podcast across June and July. This role requires strong experience managing large crews and complex US logistics. We are producing a Netflix show filmed ‘as live’ so we are specifically looking for candidates with proven studio and large-scale production experience. The successful candidate will be confident handling international production logistics, including O-2 visas, crew travel, and large hotel block bookings. Please note: this role requires prior relevant experience. Candidates without substantial broadcast production coordination experience may not be considered. The Role Key Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for a large-scale studio shoot in New York Manage O-2 visa processes and related US immigration requirements Arrange international travel for large crew groups Book and manage hotel blocks Support studio production workflows for an ‘as live’ broadcast environment Work closely with production, technical, and talent teams Requirements Experience, Skills & Knowledge Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Production Coordinator in broadcast Live event or as live expereince is essential Proven experience working with large crews Experience coordinating US-based shoots strongly preferred Solid knowledge of international logistics, including visas and carnets Strong organisational and time management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment Clear and confident communication skills Good understanding of broadcast production workflows and basic technical knowledge Basic budgeting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management tools Ability to prioritise and work under pressure Strong team player with the ability to build positive working relationships Able to work independently and escalate appropriately when needed Excellent attention to detail Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and systems
