Up to £32,500 per annum plus travel expenses. 5 over 7 - including evenings and weekends. Field based role across a single client contract with multiple sites in the South West of England.

We are looking for an experienced Chef Manager to be responsible for all aspects of managing the high level of delivery and expectations across every site they work at. You will lead by example, maximise the performance of your team, and set high standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading the onsite catering team at sites you are covering
* Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers
* Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen and front of house
* Ensuring the correct use of all kitchen machinery and equipment
* Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
* Complying with Health & Safety regulations
* Completing weekly bookwork and reports
* Stock taking and ordering
About You
* Previous chef manager background essential
* Excellent communication skills to engage a wide range of stakeholders
* Flexible in approach to working hours and environment
* Driving license and access to a vehicle essential
* Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to a changing environment
* Understanding of Health, Safety and the Environment principles
* Takes pride in work and is flexible to support all services on site
* Passion for quality and service delivery
* Self-reliant with drive and high personal standards
