Must Have’s
* Previous account management or client-facing experience
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability
* Proven ability to manage projects and hit performance targets
* Confident handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to travel for client visits and on-site meetings
Nice to have’s
* Background in events, exhibitions, or the AV industry
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and sustainable business practices
* Experience working with senior stakeholders or high-profile clients
* Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting on KPIs

* Managing a portfolio of clients and developing long-term relationships
* Supporting the Exhibition Manager in achieving sales and retention targets
* Leading projects and ensuring seamless client delivery from start to finish
* Identifying new business opportunities and expanding your client base
* Attending client visits and providing on-site support
* Promoting health, safety, and sustainability in all aspects of your work
* Meeting and exceeding KPIs while maintaining strong client satisfaction
* Office-based role in Tewkesbury with travel to client sites
* Standard hours with occasional flexibility required and the opportunity to attend events
