My client is looking for a skilled Drylining and Ceilings Estimator to join their well-established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with solid estimating experience in drylining and ceilings to step into a long-term role with a stable and reputable company.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender returns
Interpret drawings, specifications, and other documentation to produce detailed take-offs and cost breakdowns
Obtain and evaluate quotes
Identify risks and value engineering opportunities within the scope of works
Liaise with internal teams to support a asmooth transition from pre-construction to delivery
Maintain accurate records of pricing, quotes, and tender documentationIdeal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience estimating drylining and ceiling works
Proficient with estimating tools and Microsoft Excel
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tender documents
Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
